Mississippi Lil Smokies
Bring the comfort of Southern cooking to your table with Mississippi Lil Smokies.
- 28 oz lil smokies cocktail sausages
- 12 oz beef gravy from a jar
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- ½ cup pepperoncini peppers
- ¼ cup pepperoncini juice
Add lil smokies to a slow cooker.
In a bowl, whisk beef gravy, ranch seasoning, and pepperoncini juice until smooth.
Pour the gravy mix over the sausages. Add pepperoncini peppers on top.
Stir everything together. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
Once cooked, give it a final stir for even coating.
Serve hot with toothpicks as an appetizer. Enjoy!
