Mini Tater Tot Cheeseburgers

Looking for a unique twist on classic cheeseburgers?

Ingredients
  

  • 16 tater tots
  • 8 seasoned small beef patties 1 oz each
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese quartered
  • 4 cherry tomatoes sliced
  • 8 small lettuce leaves
  • 8 pickle slices
  • Toothpicks
  • Mayonnaise
  • Ketchup and mustard for dipping
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook tater tots per package instructions until golden and crispy. Cool slightly.
  • Season beef patties with salt and pepper. Pan-fry over medium heat for 3-4 mins per side.
  • In the last minute of cooking, top each patty with a cheese slice to melt slightly.
  • Place a tater tot as the base, add mayo, lettuce, a cheesy beef patty, a tomato slice, a pickle slice, and another tater tot.
  • Secure each mini burger with a toothpick to hold it together.
  • Serve immediately with ketchup and mustard on the side for dipping.
