Ingredients
  

  • Dough for 2 large pizzas divided into 16 pieces
  • Olive oil for kneading
  • Pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheese per 8 mini-crusts
  • Your choice of toppings

Instructions
 

  • Prepare your dough and divide it into 16 mini-pizza portions.
  • Roll each dough piece into a circular shape.
  • Let the dough rise until doubled in size.
  • Top each mini-crust with pizza sauce, cheese, and your favorite toppings.
  • Bake at 400°F for about 13 minutes or until the crust is golden.
  • Cool, then freeze for easy reheating later.
