Mini Banana Cream Pies (No-Bake)

These are easy to make, packed with banana flavor, and don’t require an oven!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 package instant banana cream pudding mix (3.4 oz)
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 ripe bananas sliced
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Honey for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until evenly coated.
  • Press the mixture into muffin tin cups to form crusts. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Whisk banana pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Chill.
  • Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  • Fold half of the whipped cream into the pudding mixture.
  • Fill crusts with the pudding mixture, top with whipped cream, banana slices, and a drizzle of honey.
  • Chill until ready to serve.
