Mini Banana Cream Pies (No-Bake)
These are easy to make, packed with banana flavor, and don’t require an oven!
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 package instant banana cream pudding mix (3.4 oz)
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 ripe bananas sliced
- Whipped cream for topping
- Honey for drizzling
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until evenly coated.
Press the mixture into muffin tin cups to form crusts. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Whisk banana pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Chill.
Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
Fold half of the whipped cream into the pudding mixture.
Fill crusts with the pudding mixture, top with whipped cream, banana slices, and a drizzle of honey.
Chill until ready to serve.
