Million Dollar Lasagna

Million Dollar Lasagna is a hearty, layered pasta dish with beef, sausage, ricotta, mozzarella, and marinara, baked until bubbly and golden—perfect for cozy dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 375°F (190°C) while you prep to ensure even baking.
  • Boil noodles until al dente. Drain and lay flat on a towel to prevent sticking.
  • Cook beef and sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 7–8 minutes. Drain the fat.
  • Mix ricotta, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
  • Spread marinara in a baking dish. Add 4 noodles, half the ricotta, half the meat, and mozzarella. Repeat. Top with final noodles, marinara, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake 15 more minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
