Million Dollar Lasagna
Million Dollar Lasagna is a hearty, layered pasta dish with beef, sausage, ricotta, mozzarella, and marinara, baked until bubbly and golden—perfect for cozy dinners or gatherings.
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Heat oven to 375°F (190°C) while you prep to ensure even baking.
Boil noodles until al dente. Drain and lay flat on a towel to prevent sticking.
Cook beef and sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 7–8 minutes. Drain the fat.
Mix ricotta, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
Spread marinara in a baking dish. Add 4 noodles, half the ricotta, half the meat, and mozzarella. Repeat. Top with final noodles, marinara, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove foil and bake 15 more minutes until bubbly and golden.
Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
