Million Dollar Bacon with Maple & Pepper

- 1 lb thick cut bacon
- 6 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix brown sugar, maple syrup, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Lay bacon slices in a single layer on the sheet no overlapping.
Sprinkle and gently press the sugar spice mix onto each slice.
Bake for 20–30 minutes until glossy and crispy around the edges.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool for 5–10 minutes and crisp up.
