Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, drain excess fat, then stir in taco seasoning per package instructions.
Add Rotel tomatoes, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream to the beef. Stir until well combined.
In the casserole dish, layer crushed tortilla chips, half the beef mixture, corn, black beans, and half the shredded cheese.
Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with diced green onions, salsa, or sour cream as desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
