Melt-In-Your-Mouth Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaf

Melt-in-Your-Mouth Garlic Parmesan Chicken features juicy chicken breasts seared and bathed in a garlicky Parmesan butter sauce—ready in under 30 minutes and loved by the whole family.

Ingredients
  

Chicken & Seasonings

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Parmesan Garlic Butter

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tbsp butter. Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (165°F). Set aside.
  • Lower heat. Melt remaining butter, sauté garlic 1 minute, then stir in Parmesan, parsley, and a pinch of salt.
  • Return chicken to skillet. Spoon sauce over and simmer 1–2 minutes.
  • Rest 2–3 minutes. Plate and top with extra sauce.
