Melt-In-Your-Mouth Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaf
Melt-in-Your-Mouth Garlic Parmesan Chicken features juicy chicken breasts seared and bathed in a garlicky Parmesan butter sauce—ready in under 30 minutes and loved by the whole family.
Chicken & Seasonings
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Parmesan Garlic Butter
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- Pinch of salt
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tbsp butter. Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (165°F). Set aside.
Lower heat. Melt remaining butter, sauté garlic 1 minute, then stir in Parmesan, parsley, and a pinch of salt.
Return chicken to skillet. Spoon sauce over and simmer 1–2 minutes.
Rest 2–3 minutes. Plate and top with extra sauce.
