For the filling
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup pepperoni chopped
- ½ cup bacon cooked and crumbled
- ½ cup sliced sausage
- ¼ cup green bell pepper diced
- ¼ cup red onion diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
For assembling
- 8 tortillas
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup black olives sliced
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 6–7 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess grease if needed.
Stir in the pepperoni, sausage, bacon, bell pepper, onion, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes until the vegetables soften and everything is well mixed.
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place tortillas directly on the oven rack or a baking sheet and heat for 2–3 minutes until soft and pliable.
Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce on each warm tortilla. Add a scoop of the meat mixture, then top with mozzarella cheese and sliced olives.
Place the assembled tortillas back in the oven on a baking sheet. Bake for 5–7 minutes until the cheese melts and the edges turn slightly golden and crisp.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Fold each taco and serve hot, with extra sauce or fresh chopped basil if desired.
