Maple Butter Pecan Fudge
This rich and creamy Pecan Maple Fudge is a delightful treat, combining the nutty crunch of pecans with the smooth sweetness of maple syrup.
- 3 cups pecans 360g
- 1 cup maple syrup 240ml
- 1 cup sugar 200g
- ½ cup heavy cream 120ml
- ¼ cup unsalted butter 57g
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Toast pecans in a skillet over medium heat until fragrant. Cool.
Combine maple syrup, sugar, heavy cream, and butter in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring, until it reaches 238°F (114°C). Remove from heat and mix in vanilla and toasted pecans.
Pour into a parchment-lined pan and let set. Cut into squares and serve.
