Macaroni And Cheese Pizza
A crispy pizza crust topped with creamy macaroni and cheese, melted American cheese, and a sprinkle of Colby Jack—comfort meets creativity in every slice.
- 2 cups macaroni and cheese homemade or store-bought
- 3 slices American cheese
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 premade pizza crust
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
Set your oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cook 2 cups of macaroni and cheese (use boxed or homemade). Keep it warm and creamy.
Mix in 3 slices of American cheese and ¼ cup milk. Stir on low heat until smooth.
Brush the pizza crust with ¼ cup olive oil for a crispy base.
Spread the mac and cheese on the crust. Sprinkle ½ cup shredded Colby Jack on top. Add bacon, jalapeños, or green onions if you like.
Bake for 7–10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden.
Let cool for a few minutes. Slice and enjoy warm.
