Macaroni And Cheese Pizza

A crispy pizza crust topped with creamy macaroni and cheese, melted American cheese, and a sprinkle of Colby Jack—comfort meets creativity in every slice.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups macaroni and cheese homemade or store-bought
  • 3 slices American cheese
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 premade pizza crust
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup shredded Colby Jack cheese

Instructions
 

  • Set your oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cook 2 cups of macaroni and cheese (use boxed or homemade). Keep it warm and creamy.
  • Mix in 3 slices of American cheese and ¼ cup milk. Stir on low heat until smooth.
  • Brush the pizza crust with ¼ cup olive oil for a crispy base.
  • Spread the mac and cheese on the crust. Sprinkle ½ cup shredded Colby Jack on top. Add bacon, jalapeños, or green onions if you like.
  • Bake for 7–10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden.
  • Let cool for a few minutes. Slice and enjoy warm.
