Lobster Tail Dunked In Spicy Garlic Butter

Succulent lobster tails served with a bold, spicy garlic-butter dip—quick to make, easy to love, and perfect for cozy nights in.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 –6 lobster tails shell-on or split
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 6 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce optional
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Boil a big pot of salted water. Add lobster tails and cook for 5–6 minutes until red and the meat looks white. Take them out with tongs.
  • Melt butter in a skillet. Stir in garlic, paprika, cayenne, lemon juice, hot sauce, and a little salt. Let it bubble for 1–2 minutes.
  • Put the lobster tails under the broiler, shell-side down, for 1–2 minutes to add color.
  • Place lobster on a platter. Pour the butter sauce into a bowl for dipping.
  • Sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
