Lobster Tail Dunked In Spicy Garlic Butter

- 4 –6 lobster tails shell-on or split
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 6 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper adjust to taste
- 1 tbsp hot sauce optional
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
Boil a big pot of salted water. Add lobster tails and cook for 5–6 minutes until red and the meat looks white. Take them out with tongs.
Melt butter in a skillet. Stir in garlic, paprika, cayenne, lemon juice, hot sauce, and a little salt. Let it bubble for 1–2 minutes.
Put the lobster tails under the broiler, shell-side down, for 1–2 minutes to add color.
Place lobster on a platter. Pour the butter sauce into a bowl for dipping.
Sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
