Loaded Tater Tot Skewers

Crispy tater tots loaded with cheddar, beef bacon bits, and green onions, baked on skewers for a fun, melty, and satisfying snack or appetizer.

Ingredients
  

  • 48 frozen tater tots
  • ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup beef bacon bits
  • 1 –2 green onions finely chopped
  • Sour cream for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C). Spread tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake 28 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.
  • Let tots cool slightly. Thread 4–6 tots onto each skewer, keeping them snug but not squished.
  • Place skewers on a parchment-lined sheet. Sprinkle with cheddar, bacon bits, and half the green onions.
  • Bake 5–7 minutes until cheese melts. Top with remaining green onions and serve with sour cream.
