Loaded Tater Tot Skewers
Crispy tater tots loaded with cheddar, beef bacon bits, and green onions, baked on skewers for a fun, melty, and satisfying snack or appetizer.
- 48 frozen tater tots
- ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup beef bacon bits
- 1 –2 green onions finely chopped
- Sour cream for serving
Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C). Spread tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake 28 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.
Let tots cool slightly. Thread 4–6 tots onto each skewer, keeping them snug but not squished.
Place skewers on a parchment-lined sheet. Sprinkle with cheddar, bacon bits, and half the green onions.
Bake 5–7 minutes until cheese melts. Top with remaining green onions and serve with sour cream.
