Loaded Surf And Turf Fries

Crispy fries topped with juicy steak, buttery garlic shrimp, and bubbling melted cheese, these Loaded Surf And Turf Fries are the ultimate family-style comfort food perfect for sharing.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag frozen French fries or homemade fries
  • ½ pound sirloin steak cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ½ pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • Sour cream or ranch for serving

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the fries according to package directions or make homemade ones until golden and crispy.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high, season the steak with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, and sear 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking.
  • Transfer to a plate. Lower the heat, add butter and garlic, cooking 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Toss in the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and just done.
  • Place fries on an oven-safe platter, sprinkle with shredded cheese, and broil 2–3 minutes until melted and bubbly.
  • Top with steak and shrimp, garnish with parsley, and serve with sour cream or ranch.
