Loaded Chili Cheese Dog Pasta Bake is a comforting, crowd-pleasing casserole that blends elbow macaroni, beef hot dogs, hearty chili, and gooey cheddar cheese for a bold, satisfying meal.
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 cups beef hot dogs sliced
- 1 can 15 oz chili (with or without beans)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup diced onion
Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Boil macaroni until al dente. Drain and set aside. Brown sliced hot dogs in a skillet over medium heat.
In a large bowl, mix pasta, hot dogs, chili, 1 cup cheddar cheese, and diced onion.
Pour into the baking dish. Spread evenly and top with extra cheese.
Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden. Let rest for 5 minutes, then serve warm.
