Loaded Cheese Beef Fries
Loaded Cheese Beef Fries are crispy fries topped with seasoned ground beef, melted cheddar, sour cream, fresh onions, tomatoes, and herbs—a satisfying, family-friendly comfort-food treat.
- 1 bag frozen French fries or 4 large potatoes cut into fries
- ½ lb ground beef
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- ¼ cup chopped tomatoes
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley or green onions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Bake fries on a sheet for 20–25 minutes, flipping once, until crisp and golden.
Brown ground beef in a skillet with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.
Place fries in an oven-safe dish. Top with cheddar cheese and cooked beef.
Bake for 5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Drizzle with sour cream, then sprinkle red onion, tomatoes, and herbs. Serve warm.
