Loaded Brownie Cheesecake Cup Recipe

Loaded Brownie Cheesecake Cups are an easy no-bake treat with brownie crumbs, creamy cheesecake, and rich chocolate-caramel drizzle—perfect for parties or cozy nights in.

Ingredients
  

  • Brownie Layer: 2 cups fudgy brownies crumbled

Cheesecake Filling:

  • cups cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream whipped to stiff peaks

Toppings:

  • Chocolate ganache ½ cup chocolate + ¼ cup heavy cream, melted together
  • Caramel sauce ¼–½ cup
  • Extra brownie crumbs for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream until combined and fluffy.
  • Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of brownie crumbs into the bottom of each cup.
  • Add 3–4 tablespoons of cheesecake filling on top of the brownie layer. Smooth it out gently.
  • Drizzle each cup with chocolate ganache and caramel. Sprinkle with extra brownie crumbs.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Troubleshooting Tips:
    If the filling feels too soft, chill it for 10–15 minutes before using.
    If ganache looks split, reheat slowly and stir until smooth again.
