Loaded Brownie Cheesecake Cup Recipe
Loaded Brownie Cheesecake Cups are an easy no-bake treat with brownie crumbs, creamy cheesecake, and rich chocolate-caramel drizzle—perfect for parties or cozy nights in.
- Brownie Layer: 2 cups fudgy brownies crumbled
Cheesecake Filling:
- 1½ cups cream cheese softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream whipped to stiff peaks
Toppings:
- Chocolate ganache ½ cup chocolate + ¼ cup heavy cream, melted together
- Caramel sauce ¼–½ cup
- Extra brownie crumbs for garnish
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream until combined and fluffy.
Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of brownie crumbs into the bottom of each cup.
Add 3–4 tablespoons of cheesecake filling on top of the brownie layer. Smooth it out gently.
Drizzle each cup with chocolate ganache and caramel. Sprinkle with extra brownie crumbs.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
