Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Pasta Skillet
A creamy, cheesy pasta skillet loaded with ground beef, bacon, and cheddar cheese, bringing the flavors of a classic bacon cheeseburger into a one-pan dinner.
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups cooked rotini or penne pasta
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup cooked beef bacon crumbled
For the Sauce:
- 1 cup whole milk
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart until no pink remains. Drain excess fat.
Sprinkle flour over the beef and stir to coat. Slowly whisk in milk until smooth and thickened.
Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Add pasta, crumbled bacon, and cheddar. Mix until the cheese melts and everything is coated.
Scoop into bowls and serve hot with extra cheese or bacon if desired.
