Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Pasta Skillet

A creamy, cheesy pasta skillet loaded with ground beef, bacon, and cheddar cheese, bringing the flavors of a classic bacon cheeseburger into a one-pan dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups cooked rotini or penne pasta
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cooked beef bacon crumbled

For the Sauce:

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart until no pink remains. Drain excess fat.
  • Sprinkle flour over the beef and stir to coat. Slowly whisk in milk until smooth and thickened.
  • Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  • Add pasta, crumbled bacon, and cheddar. Mix until the cheese melts and everything is coated.
  • Scoop into bowls and serve hot with extra cheese or bacon if desired.
