Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Pasta combines all the flavors of a classic cheeseburger—savory ground beef, crispy bacon, melty cheddar, and tangy pickles—in a creamy, cheesy pasta dish. It’s the ultimate comfort meal that’s quick, easy, and packed with flavor!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound beef
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 cups pasta
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped pickles
  • ¼ cup diced onions

Instructions
 

  • Cook the beef: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it up with a wooden spoon until browned. Drain excess grease and return the beef to the skillet.
  • Add the sauce and cheese: Stir in the Alfredo sauce, shredded cheddar, and cooked bacon. Let the mixture simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
  • Combine with pasta: Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet, stirring until everything is evenly coated in the sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of milk or reserved pasta water to loosen it up.
  • Finish and serve: Stir in chopped pickles and diced onions (if using). Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper. Serve hot.
