Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Burrito

Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Burrito wraps all the best burger flavors—beef, bacon, cheese, and toppings—into one hearty, handheld bite.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 10.6 oz ground beef
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • ¼ cup creamy cheese sauce
  • 1 small onion sautéed
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it apart. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • Crisp the bacon in a separate pan. Drain on paper towels, then crumble.
  • Whisk mayo, ketchup, and mustard in a bowl until smooth.
  • Heat tortillas in a dry skillet for 20–30 seconds per side until soft.
  • Layer beef, bacon, cheddar, mozzarella, sautéed onion, lettuce, and tomato down the center.
  • Drizzle with cheese sauce and burger sauce.
  • Fold in sides, roll tightly from the bottom to seal.
  • Slice if desired. Serve warm with extra sauce or toppings.
