Lemonade Puppy Chow

Lemonade Puppy Chow is a bright, sweet, lemon-kissed snack made with Chex cereal coated in melted lemony white chocolate and tossed in powdered sugar for a fun, crunchy treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups Chex cereal rice or corn
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemonade powder

Instructions
 

  • Place the Chex cereal in a large bowl and set aside.
  • Melt white chocolate chips, butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  • Pour the warm mixture over the cereal and fold gently to coat.
  • Add powdered sugar and lemonade powder to a zip-top bag, add coated cereal, seal, and shake until fully covered.
  • Spread on parchment to cool, then store in an airtight container.
