Lemon Garlic Chicken Wings
Crispy outside, tender inside, and fragrant garlic with a hint of lemon make this dish finger-licking good.
- 6 chicken wings cut in half
- 4 garlic cloves sliced
- 1 lemon sliced
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- A pinch of salt
Marinate the chicken wings with garlic slices, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, salt, and black pepper.
Let it sit for 2 hours.
Place lemon slices in the bottom of the air fryer basket, then arrange the marinated chicken wings on top.
Air fry at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes. Flip the wings and air fry for an additional 10 minutes, until crispy and golden.
Serve hot and enjoy!
