This Lemon Fluff Dessert is a refreshing, no-bake treat bursting with citrus flavor. Made with cream cheese, whipped topping, lemon pudding, and fresh lemon zest, it’s cool, creamy, and light—perfect for hot summer days

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 package 3.4 oz instant lemon pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tub 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Add lemon pudding mix and milk; beat until slightly thickened.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until fluffy.
  • Stir in lemon zest and juice, keeping the texture light.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours until set.
  • Serve cold, garnished with lemon zest or wedges if desired.
