Key Lime Truffles

Key Lime Truffles are a delicious, bite-sized treat that combines the tangy flavor of fresh lime with creamy white chocolate and a crunchy graham cracker coating. Easy to make, these truffles are the perfect addition to any gathering or as a simple sweet snack.

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 tablespoons lime zest
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter softened
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers

Instructions
 

  • Simmer heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, lime zest, and lime juice. Remove from heat and stir in butter until melted and smooth.
  • Melt white chocolate chips using a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
  • Stir the slightly cooled lime mixture into the melted white chocolate. Let cool for 10–15 minutes to thicken.
  • Scoop and roll the mixture into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Crush graham crackers into crumbs. Roll each truffle in the crumbs to coat fully.
  • Refrigerate the coated truffles for another 30 minutes. Serve chilled for best texture and flavor.
