Keto Sausage Cheddar Biscuits
These Keto Sausage Cheddar Biscuits are cheesy, savory, and low-carb! Made with almond flour and mozzarella, they’re perfect for breakfast, meal prep, or a quick snack.
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 oz thinly sliced cheddar cheese
- 6 cooked sausage patties
Heat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Microwave cream cheese and mozzarella in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Beat eggs in a bowl, mix in almond flour, then add the melted cheese. Stir until a sticky dough forms. Wet hands if needed for easier handling.
Flatten a handful of dough (about 3 inches wide), place a sausage patty and cheddar slice in the center, then wrap and seal completely.
Arrange on the tray without touching and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
For extra cheesiness, sprinkle shredded cheddar on top before serving.
