Keto Sausage Cheddar Biscuits

These Keto Sausage Cheddar Biscuits are cheesy, savory, and low-carb! Made with almond flour and mozzarella, they’re perfect for breakfast, meal prep, or a quick snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 oz thinly sliced cheddar cheese
  • 6 cooked sausage patties

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Microwave cream cheese and mozzarella in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Beat eggs in a bowl, mix in almond flour, then add the melted cheese. Stir until a sticky dough forms. Wet hands if needed for easier handling.
  • Flatten a handful of dough (about 3 inches wide), place a sausage patty and cheddar slice in the center, then wrap and seal completely.
  • Arrange on the tray without touching and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  • For extra cheesiness, sprinkle shredded cheddar on top before serving.
