Keto Jalapeño Popper Casserole
This Keto Jalapeño Popper Casserole is a creamy, cheesy, and slightly spicy dish perfect for a low-carb dinner. Made with ground beef, cream cheese, jalapeños, and plenty of gooey melted cheese, it’s packed with flavor and easy to prepare.
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz canned diced jalapeños
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper
Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess grease, then season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Make It Creamy: Reduce heat to low and stir in the softened cream cheese until melted and fully combined.
Add Jalapeños & Cheese: Mix in the diced jalapeños, shredded cheddar, and half the mozzarella. Stir until well combined, then remove from heat.
Assemble: Spread the beef mixture evenly into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the remaining mozzarella, then spread it on top.
Bake: Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Garnish & Serve: Let it sit for 5 minutes, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and serve warm.
