Keto Jalapeño Popper Casserole

This Keto Jalapeño Popper Casserole is a creamy, cheesy, and slightly spicy dish perfect for a low-carb dinner. Made with ground beef, cream cheese, jalapeños, and plenty of gooey melted cheese, it’s packed with flavor and easy to prepare.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb  ground beef
  • 8 oz  cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz  canned diced jalapeños
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess grease, then season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Make It Creamy: Reduce heat to low and stir in the softened cream cheese until melted and fully combined.
  • Add Jalapeños & Cheese: Mix in the diced jalapeños, shredded cheddar, and half the mozzarella. Stir until well combined, then remove from heat.
  • Assemble: Spread the beef mixture evenly into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the remaining mozzarella, then spread it on top.
  • Bake: Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Garnish & Serve: Let it sit for 5 minutes, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and serve warm.
