Juicy Garlic Pork Bites

Juicy cubes of pork tenderloin seared to golden perfection, tossed in a buttery garlic sauce, and finished with fresh parsley. This quick dinner is bursting with flavor and ready in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients
  

For the Pork Bites:

  • 1 ½ pounds pork tenderloin or pork loin cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt adjust to taste
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic minced (or more if you’re a garlic lover)
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice optional

Instructions
 

  • Cut pork into 1-inch cubes, trimming excess fat. Pat dry. Mix salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder; coat pork evenly.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Cook pork in a single layer, 2–3 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
  • Lower heat to medium. Melt butter, sauté garlic 30–60 seconds. Add red pepper flakes and lemon juice if using.
  • Return pork to skillet, toss in sauce. Cook 2–3 minutes until pork reaches 145°F (63°C). Garnish with parsley.
