Cheesy Ground Beef Sliders With Sriracha Aioli are warm baked mini sandwiches layered with savory beef, melted cheddar, and a creamy spicy aioli. Soft brioche buns hold the juicy filling while the tops bake to a buttery golden finish.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 brioche slider buns
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ cup finely diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 cheddar cheese slices
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

For Homemade Sriracha Aioli

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Spray a 9×13 baking dish.
  • Cook beef with onion and seasonings.
  • Mix mayonnaise, sriracha, lime, garlic, salt.
  • Stir mayo and cheddar into beef.
  • Layer bottom buns, cheese, beef.
  • Add aioli and remaining cheese.
  • Place top buns, brush butter, add sesame.
  • Bake at 375°F for 15–20 minutes.
  • Rest briefly, slice, serve.
