- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsps chopped green onions
Preheat & Prep: Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a small baking dish.
Mix the Base: In a bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Fold in Crab & Cheese: Gently mix in the lump crab meat, mozzarella, and half of the cheddar, keeping the crab in chunks for the best texture.
Bake Until Golden: Spread the mixture into the dish, top with the remaining cheddar, and bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Garnish & Serve: Let it rest for a few minutes, then garnish with green onions. Serve warm with crackers, bread, or fresh veggies.
