Jalapeño Popper Cheese Bread

Jalapeño Popper Cheese Bread is a quick, crowd-pleasing snack that layers creamy cheeses, diced jalapeños, and crispy French bread into one irresistible bite.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup shredded medium cheddar
  • 1 jalapeño diced
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • ½ loaf of French bread cut in half lengthwise

Instructions
 

  • Set your oven to 400°F (204°C) and let it fully preheat while you prepare the bread.
  • In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, shredded cheddar, diced jalapeño, and mayonnaise until creamy and smooth.
  • Evenly spread the cheese mixture over the cut sides of the halved French bread, making sure to cover the edges.
  • Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Turn on the broiler and broil the bread for 1–2 minutes until the top is lightly golden brown. Watch carefully to avoid burning.
  • Let the bread cool for a few minutes, then slice into pieces and serve warm while the cheese is still melty.
