Jalapeño Popper Bacon-Wrapped Mozzarella Sticks combine crispy bacon, spicy jalapeños, and melty cheese into one irresistible appetizer. Perfect for parties, game nights, or anytime you crave a cheesy, crunchy, spicy snack!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 mozzarella string cheese sticks
  • 4 jalapeños
  • 16 slices of thin-cut beef bacon
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Cheese Sticks: Cut mozzarella sticks in half. Slice jalapeños into thin strips that wrap easily around the cheese.
  • Wrap the Cheese: Place a jalapeño strip alongside each mozzarella piece. Wrap tightly with a slice of bacon, fully covering the cheese to prevent leaks. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
  • Coat the Mozzarella Sticks: Dredge in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then roll in seasoned breadcrumbs. For extra crispiness, repeat the egg and breadcrumb coating.
  • Fry to Perfection: Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry in batches for 2–3 minutes, turning until golden brown and crispy. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
  • Serve and Enjoy: Remove toothpicks and serve hot with ranch, marinara, or your favorite dipping sauce.
