Jalapeño Bacon Ranch Cheese Fries

- 4 large russet potatoes
- Olive oil for drizzling
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 2 –3 jalapeños sliced
- ¼ cup ranch dressing
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
Set your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Wash, peel, and slice potatoes into even fries.
Toss fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread fries on a baking sheet. Bake 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
Remove from oven. Add chicken, cheese, and bacon.
Bake 5–7 minutes more, until cheese is melted.
Add jalapeños, ranch, and green onions. Serve hot.
