Jalapeño Bacon Ranch Cheese Fries

Golden baked fries loaded with chicken, gooey cheddar, crispy bacon, and spicy jalapeños, finished with a creamy ranch drizzle. Jalapeño Bacon Ranch Cheese Fries—big flavor, ready fast, and made for sharing.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • Olive oil for drizzling
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 –3 jalapeños sliced
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions

Instructions
 

  • Set your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash, peel, and slice potatoes into even fries.
  • Toss fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread fries on a baking sheet. Bake 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
  • Remove from oven. Add chicken, cheese, and bacon.
  • Bake 5–7 minutes more, until cheese is melted.
  • Add jalapeños, ranch, and green onions. Serve hot.
