- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Boil lasagna noodles in salted water until al dente, then drain and lay flat on parchment or lightly greased foil.
Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then drain the excess grease.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
Spread ricotta over each noodle, add a few spoonfuls of cooked beef, and roll up tightly. Arrange seam side down in the dish.
Top with remaining marinara, then sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over the roll-ups.
Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake another 5–10 minutes until bubbly and golden. Cool briefly before serving.
