Irresistible S’mores Hand Pies
A portable twist on the classic campfire treat, Irresistible S’mores Hand Pies combine buttery pie crust, gooey marshmallow, melty chocolate, and crunchy graham crackers into a tidy, hand held pastry. Perfect for parties, picnics, or whenever you want s’mores without the campfire mess.
- 1 package 14.1 oz refrigerated pie crusts
- 2 chocolate bars chopped into small pieces
- ½ cup miniature marshmallows
- ¾ cup graham cracker crumbs divided
- 2 tablespoons salted butter melted
- Water as needed for sealing edges
- Chocolate syrup for dipping
- Marshmallow cream for dipping
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C), line baking sheet, and let pie crusts soften 10 minutes.
Roll out crust, cut circles with a 4-inch cutter, rerolling scraps if needed.
Add 1 tsp graham crumbs, chocolate, 2–3 mini marshmallows, and 1/2 tsp graham crumbs to each circle.
Brush edges with water, top with another circle, press to seal, and crimp with a fork.
Place on sheet, brush with butter, sprinkle crumbs, bake 12–15 min until golden.
Cool slightly; serve with chocolate syrup or marshmallow cream if desired.
