Irresistible Baked Cranberry Brie Bites

Baked Cranberry Brie Bites are warm, flaky puff pastry filled with creamy brie, sweet cranberry sauce, and optional candied pecans for crunch, baked into perfect bite sized holiday appetizers.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 4 oz brie cheese cut into 12 cubes
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp candied pecans chopped
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
  • Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface, cut into 12 squares, and press each into a muffin cup with corners slightly lifted.
  • Add a cube of brie to each cup, keeping it flat so it melts evenly.
  • Spoon about a teaspoon of cranberry sauce over the brie and sprinkle with chopped candied pecans.
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes until the pastry is golden, crisp, and the filling is bubbly.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes, transfer to a rack, and top each bite with a small rosemary sprig.
