Irresistible Avocado Cacao Protein Brownies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe avocado mashed completely smooth
  • ½ cup cottage cheese blended
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • cup maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
  • Blend avocado, cottage cheese, cocoa powder, eggs, and maple syrup until smooth and glossy.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake about 25 minutes until the edges are set and the center is slightly firm.
  • Let the brownies cool completely at room temperature.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  • Lift from the pan, slice into squares, and serve.
