Hot Honey Flatbread Pizza
Hot Honey Flatbread Pizza blends garlic-infused flatbreads with spicy pepperoni, melted mozzarella, olives, jalapeños, and a quick hot-honey drizzle—a bold, satisfying twist on classic pizza.
For the Hot Honey
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- ½ teaspoon chili flakes
For the Flatbread Pizza
- 2 garlic-infused flatbreads
- ½ cup tomato-based pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese
- 12 slices pepperoni
- Sliced black olives to taste
- Fresh jalapeños sliced (to taste)
Heat oven to 430°F with a tray inside for a crispy crust.
Mix honey, hot sauce, and chili flakes. Warm slightly, stir, and cool.
Spread sauce on flatbreads, top with cheese, pepperoni, olives, and jalapeños. Add more cheese if desired.
Place pizzas on the hot tray. Bake 8–10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Drizzle with hot honey right out of the oven. Serve warm.
