Honey Pineapple Salmon

Baked salmon fillets glazed in a honey-pineapple mix, flavored with garlic and ginger for a quick, healthy, and satisfying family meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup pineapple juice
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional garnish: sliced pineapple and chopped cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil.
  • Whisk together honey, pineapple juice, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
  • Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the sheet. Brush with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Brush the glaze over the salmon, saving a little for later.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes. Halfway through, brush with the remaining glaze. The salmon is done when it flakes easily.
  • Top with pineapple slices and cilantro if you like. Serve warm.
