Honey Pineapple Salmon
Baked salmon fillets glazed in a honey-pineapple mix, flavored with garlic and ginger for a quick, healthy, and satisfying family meal.
- 4 salmon fillets
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup pineapple juice
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional garnish: sliced pineapple and chopped cilantro
Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil.
Whisk together honey, pineapple juice, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the sheet. Brush with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Brush the glaze over the salmon, saving a little for later.
Bake for 12–15 minutes. Halfway through, brush with the remaining glaze. The salmon is done when it flakes easily.
Top with pineapple slices and cilantro if you like. Serve warm.
