Honey-Butter Skillet Corn

A quick and simple dish bursting with buttery sweetness and the freshness of parsley. Perfect for weeknight dinners or as a side for any meal!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley optional

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add corn kernels and stir until evenly coated.
  • Drizzle honey over the corn and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
  • Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley. Serve immediately!
