Honey-Butter Skillet Corn
A quick and simple dish bursting with buttery sweetness and the freshness of parsley. Perfect for weeknight dinners or as a side for any meal!
- 4 cups corn kernels fresh or frozen
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- ¼ cup honey
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley optional
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add corn kernels and stir until evenly coated.
Drizzle honey over the corn and season with salt and pepper.
Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley. Serve immediately!
