Honey Butter Garlic Glazed Salmon Bites

- 1 lb salmon fillets skin removed, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 clove garlic minced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Season salmon pieces with salt and pepper.
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Cook for another minute until slightly thickened.
Add salmon pieces in a single layer. Cook 2-3 minutes per side until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
