Homemade Garlic Bread

This easy Homemade Garlic Bread recipe delivers golden, buttery, and crispy slices perfect as a side dish or appetizer.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices thick white or French bread
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup salted butter, softened 57g
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, and parsley until smooth and well combined.
  • Spread the garlic butter evenly on one side of each bread slice.
  • (Air Fryer Method) Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Place the bread slices, buttered side up, in the air fryer basket. Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • (Oven Method) Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange the bread slices on a baking sheet, buttered side up. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes before serving, if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
