Homemade Garlic Bread
This easy Homemade Garlic Bread recipe delivers golden, buttery, and crispy slices perfect as a side dish or appetizer.
- 4 slices thick white or French bread
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup salted butter, softened 57g
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes optional
In a small bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, and parsley until smooth and well combined.
Spread the garlic butter evenly on one side of each bread slice.
(Air Fryer Method) Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Place the bread slices, buttered side up, in the air fryer basket. Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
(Oven Method) Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange the bread slices on a baking sheet, buttered side up. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes before serving, if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
