Combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let rise for 5-10 minutes.
Mix flour, salt, olive oil, rosemary, and thyme in a large bowl.
Add yeast mixture and knead for 10-15 minutes until smooth.
Place dough in a greased bowl. Cover and rise for 1-2 hours, until doubled.
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Punch down dough and transfer to a greased baking sheet.
Dimple dough with fingers, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
