Homemade Caramel Frappuccino
This homemade caramel frappuccino is a chilled, creamy blend of strong coffee, whole milk, caramel syrup, and ice—topped with whipped cream and caramel drizzle for that perfect coffeehouse finish.
- 1 cup of ice cubes
- ½ cup of strong brewed coffee cooled
- ½ cup of whole milk
- 2 tablespoons caramel syrup
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- ½ cup whipped cream for topping
- 1 teaspoon caramel sauce for drizzling
Brew ½ cup of strong coffee or espresso. Let it cool completely to keep the drink thick and icy.
Add the cooled coffee, ½ cup whole milk, 2 tablespoons caramel syrup, 1 tablespoon sugar, and 1 cup of ice to a blender. Blend for 30 seconds until smooth and frothy.
Pour into a tall glass, leaving space at the top. Add whipped cream, spooned or piped into a soft peak.
Drizzle 1 teaspoon caramel sauce over the whipped cream. Serve right away with a straw and enjoy.
