Holiday Pineapple Sunrise Mimosa is a bright, lightly sweet cocktail made with chilled prosecco, pineapple juice, and a gentle drizzle of grenadine for a festive layered look. It is quick to assemble and perfect for holiday mornings or casual gatherings.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ounces chilled prosecco or champagne
  • 2 ounces cold pineapple juice
  • ½ ounce grenadine syrup
  • Ice as needed optional

Garnish options

  • 1 maraschino cherry per glass
  • 1 small pineapple wedge per glass
  • 1 fresh rosemary sprig per glass

Instructions
 

  • Chill prosecco, pineapple juice, and glasses until cold.
  • Fill each flute halfway with prosecco.
  • Slowly add pineapple juice until nearly full.
  • Drizzle grenadine down the glass to create layers.
  • Garnish and serve immediately.
