In a pan, combine milk, egg yolk, brown sugar, and cream cheese. Mix thoroughly.
Heat on low, stirring until boiling. Add cornstarch, mix well, and simmer until thickened.
Turn off heat. Add vanilla extract and butter. Set aside.
Create a well on the bread using a spoon. Pour the cheese custard and spread evenly.
Add Mozzarella cheese on top, airfry or bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
