Heavenly No-Bake Banana Split Cheesecake
This Heavenly No-Bake Banana Split Cheesecake is a creamy, chilled dessert with fruity layers, a graham cracker crust, and classic banana split toppings. Easy to make and no-bake, it’s a nostalgic treat in every bite.
For the Crust:
- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter melted
For the Cheesecake Layer:
- 2 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 8 oz container whipped topping, thawed
For the Fruit & Toppings:
- 2 bananas sliced
- ½ cup crushed pineapple drained
- ½ cup maraschino cherries halved
- ¼ cup chocolate syrup
- ¼ cup caramel sauce
- Whipped cream for garnish
- Additional banana slices cherries, and chocolate pieces for garnish
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl until it looks like damp sand. Press it into the bottom of a 9x9-inch dish and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth. Gently fold in whipped topping until combined.
Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Add a layer of sliced bananas, crushed pineapple, and maraschino cherries. Top with the rest of the cream cheese mixture and spread it evenly.
Drizzle chocolate syrup and caramel sauce over the top in a zigzag pattern.
Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Top with whipped cream, banana slices, cherries, and chocolate shavings just before serving. Serve chilled.
