Hearty Cheesy Beef Potato Burritos

Cheesy Beef Potato Burritos are loaded with seasoned ground beef, crispy potatoes, warm nacho cheese, and wrapped in toasted flour tortillas for a filling and family friendly dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 large potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup nacho cheese
  • 6 burrito size flour tortillas
  • ½ cup taco sauce

Instructions
 

  • Peel and dice potatoes into ½-inch cubes, then toss with olive oil and seasonings.
  • Air fry at four hundred degrees Fahrenheit for twenty five minutes, shaking occasionally, until golden and crisp.
  • Brown ground beef in a skillet, season well, add garlic and water, then simmer briefly.
  • Lower heat and keep beef warm while potatoes finish.
  • Layer nacho cheese, beef, taco sauce, potatoes, and more cheese onto a tortilla.
  • Fold sides in and roll tightly into a burrito.
  • Toast seam side down in a skillet until golden on both sides, then serve warm.
