Hearty Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites And Potatoes
Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes is a quick, hearty meal of crispy potatoes and juicy steak, finished with garlic-parsley butter.
For the Potatoes:
- 3 large potatoes cubed (~1 cm)
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried parsley
For the Steak Bites:
- 2 strip steaks ~280 g each, cubed (~2.5 cm)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp steak seasoning
For the Garlic Butter:
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Toss cubed potatoes with oil and seasonings. Air-fry at 200°C for 20 minutes, shaking every 6–7 minutes until crispy.
Season steak cubes with oil, spices, and steak seasoning.
Remove potatoes, add steak to basket, and air-fry at 200°C for 7 minutes, shaking halfway.
Melt butter over low heat, stir in garlic and parsley, and warm for 1 minute.
Layer potatoes on a platter, top with steak bites, and drizzle with garlic butter. Serve hot.
