Healthy Cookies – No Sugar
These no-sugar cookies are naturally sweet, soft, and chewy—made with bananas, applesauce, oats, cinnamon, and dark chocolate for a wholesome treat.
- 3 mashed bananas (ripe)
- ⅓ cup apple sauce
- 2 cups oats
- ¼ cup almond milk
- ¼ cup raisins or nuts
- 1 cup good dark chocolate chunks
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Set to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mash bananas until smooth. Stir in applesauce, almond milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Mix in oats, then fold in raisins or nuts and dark chocolate chunks. The dough should be thick and scoopable.
Drop spoonfuls onto the baking sheet and gently flatten the tops—they won’t spread much.
Bake for 15–20 minutes until the edges are golden and the centers are set.
Let cookies rest on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
