Healthy Cookies – No Sugar

These no-sugar cookies are naturally sweet, soft, and chewy—made with bananas, applesauce, oats, cinnamon, and dark chocolate for a wholesome treat.

Ingredients

  • 3 mashed bananas (ripe)
  • cup apple sauce
  • 2 cups oats
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup raisins or nuts
  • 1 cup good dark chocolate chunks
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Set to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mash bananas until smooth. Stir in applesauce, almond milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  • Mix in oats, then fold in raisins or nuts and dark chocolate chunks. The dough should be thick and scoopable.
  • Drop spoonfuls onto the baking sheet and gently flatten the tops—they won’t spread much.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes until the edges are golden and the centers are set.
  • Let cookies rest on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
