Ingredients
  

  • lbs chicken thighs boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 4 cloves garlic chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, pineapple juice, and garlic to make the marinade.
  • Add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best flavor.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat when ready to cook.
  • Remove chicken from the marinade and place on the grill. Cook for 6–7 minutes per side, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Brush any extra marinade on the chicken while grilling for extra flavor.
