- 1½ lbs chicken thighs boneless and skinless
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup brown sugar packed
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 4 cloves garlic chopped
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, pineapple juice, and garlic to make the marinade.
Add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best flavor.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat when ready to cook.
Remove chicken from the marinade and place on the grill. Cook for 6–7 minutes per side, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Brush any extra marinade on the chicken while grilling for extra flavor.
Serve hot and garnish with grilled pineapple, rice, or fresh salad if desired.
